Simplified phantom for transcranial imaging research a simple to use phantom where the acoustical properties and certain features are more important than the appearance of the phantom. For use with both MRI and Ultrasound.

It is a portable phantom with a designed piece of calvaria and two different blood. All components are placed in a robust container and submerged within a brain tissue mimicking material.
