This medical imaging X-ray phantom allows for measurement of the Dose Index (DI) of the CT imaging system. The phantom consists of 2 large PMMA cylinders representing the head and body. The head is able to nest inside the body. An additional phantom with a Paediatric head which nests into the adult head is also available.

It allows for evaluation of:

• The head has a 160mm diameter
• The body has a 320mm diameter
• Each cylinder is 145mm long
• Holes in each cylinder for 8, 10, 13mm diameter radiation detectors
• PMMA plugs are also provided for plugging the holes when not in use
