This is a simple and efficient-to-use routine medical imaging test phantom which is used daily to evaluate the imaging performance of your imaging system. The phantom is designed in accordance to the NEMA XR21 standard. It consists of 12 PMMA plates of 25mm thickness which can be configured to simulate different patient sizes up to 300mm.
It allows for evaluation of:
- Collimation geometry
- Dose
- Spatial resolution
- Contrast resolution
- FOV size
- Beam alignment
- X-ray to light field alignment
